This Privacy Policy explains how Gulf Project Solutions ("GPS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Gulf Project Solutions mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business operations tool for GPS clients and staff (support tickets, document handovers, procurement, location coordination and related services). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
The App is used by two groups: Clients (customers of GPS) and Staff (GPS employees, managers and administrators). It is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us operate the App, under agreements requiring them to protect it:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
For vehicle and accommodation handover forms, photos you submit may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to assist with automated damage/standards checks. These images are processed to generate the check result and are not used to train third-party models.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and operational requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to records we must retain by law) by contacting us.
We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls that limit data to your own account or authorised staff, two-factor authentication, login-attempt throttling, malware scanning of uploads, and short-lived signed links for file access. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to/restrict certain processing. You can edit your basic profile in the App, and you can contact us to exercise other rights. Clients in the EU/EEA (e.g. Romania, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) have rights under the GDPR.
GPS operates across the Gulf region and parts of the EU. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (including where our service providers operate). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the App.
