In order to better serve our clients, GPS streamlined accommodation maintenance and vehicle support requests by introducing this secure online ticketing system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and status updates online. System also provides designated clients' management personnel with easy access to historical information of all support requests.

GPS Ticketing System is available around the clock and has 99.99% up-time. In the situation of an urgent issue which cannot wait until the next business day, clients may contact the designated Support Services representative on the designated 24/7 hotline provided during onboarding. Alternatively, they may get in touch with our Operations Management representative in respective area of operation.

Note: While many issues can be handled quickly, some items may take several hours to several days to resolve, depending on workload, scheduling requirements, complexity, and scope. Routine work is scheduled at the earliest convenience. Also, please note that public holidays and local events may affect schedules and timing.
