In order to better serve our clients, GPS streamlines accommodations and vehicle maintenance requests by introducing this secure online ticketing system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and status updates online. System also provides designated clients' management personnel with easy access to historical information of all support requests.
GPS Ticketing System is conveniently available around the clock. In the situation of an urgent issue which cannot wait until the next business day, clients may contact the designated GPS Support Services representative on designated 24/7 hotlines provided during onboarding. Alternatively, clients may connect with our Operations Management representative in respective area of operation.
Note: While many requirements can be handled quickly, some items may take several hours to several days to resolve, depending on workload, scheduling requirements, complexity, and scope. Routine work is scheduled at the earliest convenience. Also, please note that public holidays and local events may affect schedules and timing.
