Each request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and status updates online. The system also provides a complete archive and history of all support requests.

GPS Ticketing System has 99.99% up-time. In the situation of an urgent issue that cannot wait until the next business day, clients may contact the designated Support Services representative on the designated 24/7 hotline.

Note: While many issues can be handled quickly, some items may take several hours to several days to resolve, depending on workload, scheduling requirements, complexity, and scope. Routine work is scheduled at the earliest convenience.
