We are compliant with NIST SP 800-171 R1 under (DFARS) 252.204-7012: Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting. Every employee is trained on US Department of Defense furnished Cyber Security Awareness training.
We are currently preparing for CMMC level 3 compliance.
CTIP COMPLIANT
We highly condemn the recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining a person for the purpose of exploitation. Our policies and practices in relation to human trafficking are derived from American and international guidelines and training aids. All employees are required to complete our annual CTIP training program.
ADVANCED TICKETING AND REPORTING SYSTEM
We have streamlined daily maintenance requests by creating an online ticketing system for reporting vehicle and accommodation issues. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number that can be used to track the progress and status updates online. The system also generates a complete archive of all support requests that can be provided in the form of a quarterly or annual report.

We provides our clients with a web-based password protected portal to track the status of their procured GPS services. Through one easy access point clients can manage assets for multiple projects in multiple locations. Tracked information includes: status of work and business visas, vehicles, accommodations, worker protection system, purchase orders and invoices. The dashboard also includes convenient links to:

CLEAR, QUICK AND TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION
In addition to our online dashboard, during the onboarding process we install detailed communication plans. We set up regularly scheduled reporting to track the progress project deliverables and milestones. We diligently explain all local laws and process in writing along with process flowcharts. We issue early warning notices and newsletters informing our clients of changes in local laws that may have potential effects on their contracts. Our response times to local communication is same day usually within hours and oversees within 24 hours. For time-sensitive issues as well as general convenience we have stateside employees to handle inquires on US time.
ETHICS - ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICIES AND PRACTICES
It is important to recognize that due to culture differences “ethics” are not universally defined the same way. Each culture has different values and interpretations of ethical behavior. Due to our American management, we clearly understand the meaning and implications of “ethics” as determined by American companies and the US Government. All of our policies in relation to honest and fair business practices are devised from an American perspective. Every employee is annually trained and evaluated on Business Conduct and Ethics Awareness, Organizational Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Human Trafficking Policy and Procurement Integrity. We are TRACE Anti-Bribery Specialist Accredited (TASA).
SECURITY
We provide our employees with US DoD provided OPSEC training as well have an evacuation plan for employees that can be adapted as required for our Clients. Every employee is trained on DoD provided Cyber Security Awareness training.
