We provide accommodations solutions tailored to our clients’ specific requirements. Each accommodation is carefully screened to meet our rigorously applied standards. Most come equipped with private/covered parking and many with workout facilities, playgrounds, and swimming pools, high-speed Internet, maid service, satellite TV, security, and on-call maintenance service.
Depending on location and requirements, we offer daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and multi-year lease options. Our selection of accommodations includes houses, villas, and apartments/flats. We can also provide rates for corporate hotel stays.

Our accommodations service options include, but are not limited to:
- Accommodations Search - Our representatives work our clients to identify accommodations that best fits their needs and budget.
- Fully-Furnished and Semi-Furnished Options - Clients can choose fully-furnished units complete with all items necessary for immediate occupancy, or semi-furnished units which typically include only major appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and ovens.
- Routine and Preventive Maintenance - We will conduct monthly checks on the accommodation and ensure the completion of all necessary repairs.
- Advanced Ticketing and Reporting System – We use an online ticketing system for reporting accommodation issues. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number that can be used to track the progress and status updates online. The system also provides a complete archive of all support requests that can be provided in the form of a quarterly or annual report.
- Internet – Depending on location, we offer a variety of bandwidth, wireless, and mobile services.
- Satellite TV – We will arrange for installation and monthly maintenance of satellite TV.
- Housekeeping Services – We will arrange and manage housekeeping services available up to 6 days a week, with or without laundry service.
- Emergency Maintenance – In the event of water leaks, power outages, broken air conditioners, or other major issues, We provide 24-hour emergency assistance to ensure these issues are addressed immediately.
- Security – We can provide additional security throughout the facility to include CCTV, intrusion barrier installation, key control system installation etc.
- Pest Control – We will arrange for a professional pest control company to prevent and/or eliminate any pest control issues at the facility.
